Are you a highly skilled sales professional who possesses the ability to own your own business? What you’ll do: Sell new, high-quality, single family homes in beautiful communities throughout your territory, while working with and learning from an industry leading sales team.

Our sales team averages between $150,000-$300,000 per year!

Must be willing to obtain Real Estate license if not already licensed.

Qualifications:

  • Active state Real Estate License or enrolled in state Real Estate licensing course required
  • 1 or more years of quota bearing commission-based sales experience required
  • 1 or more years of B2B or B2C sales experience required
  • Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills required
  • Ability to work weekends on a regular basis required
  • Ability to work in fast paced environment within a team-centered environment required
  • Formal sales training, B2B sales, broker and leadership experience preferred
  • High School diploma or GED required, bachelor’s degree preferred
