Seeks a motivated individual for part time secretary to the Land Use Board. The Land Use Board Secretary advises property owners, developers, and others in the practices and procedures of the Planning and Zoning Board. Experience is preferred. Salary range: $25 - $35 per hour. The Land Use Secretary maintains all board records (including calendar, agendas, minutes and legal publications), helps applicants submitting appeals or development applications with all submission requirements, determines completeness of all applications, and issues all notices or certifications pertaining thereto as required by law.
